The Great Kabab Factory
What you see - The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF) began on 10 November 2008 in Hyderabad. Since its creation in 1988, TGKF has become a chain of branded luxury restaurant and managed by the prestigious Radisson Hospitality Group.
In his branch of Hyderabad, simple and minimalist decor is striking. Waiters in blue uniform, similar to factory gear greet you with a warm smile, while enjoy the soft light of the restaurant. There is also a waiting room on the side with a capacity for 8-10 people. Here you can enjoy a few drinks and starters in the case of tables are all full.
What you get - This restaurant has a prix fixe menu, buffet style. There is a choice of 6 succulent starters to choose from and the standard of Indian dishes including roti, dal and rice followed by a cozy choice of desserts. Monday to Friday with lunch, a pint Beer is also served free. The dishes change every meal, but the variations are limited to vegetarian and non vegetarian (chicken / lamb) and biryanis dal bread with a choice of roti, naan or Ulteo Tawwe Ka Paratha (thin and soft, kneaded with milk flavored with saffron). The paratha is nice, even without the accompanying chutneys.
The step foods spiked to stress as the main dish instead of as a start. The Gilaawat or Galouti Shahi Kebab is the in-house specialty. The meat is minced at least five times to give the required fineness, before adding raw papaya and spices. It is then fried in a little Tawa. There is an option so that mild or spicy varieties. Patthar skewers grilled on the stone, it is worth trying too. You can also try Sheermil saffron flavor, which tastes sweet and mild to Bakherkhani Roti, flavored nuts and fennel. In Dals, Panchmahal (Benaras style) is a specialty.
Some of the other dishes that generate interest are Murghan Khadad spicy Masala, fresh mass Machi Tikka Amritsari coated crispy and juicy zucchini Bharwan, a stuffed and roasted squash preparation and the velvety Murghan Tikka Kali mirch. Food served with four sauces and spicy onion rings. In frozen desserts prove interesting paan, which has Vanilla Ice cream and chunks of sweet paan in a fragrant mixture. The Tilla Kulfi is a should also seek, and Jalebis in the form of flowers and Rabri served hot with cream, very delicious.
Our verdict — They are usually associated with non-vegetarian food skewers, but surprisingly there are a lot of options for vegetarians also Kabab Factory Big. In fact, a separate Tandoor is used for cooking potato skewers, mushrooms, cottage cheese and green peas. The restaurant offers a la carte, so your meal is entirely in the hands of the chef and his special recipes. Trust us, this is disappointing. In terms of atmosphere, the whole configuration has a very calm, relaxed and friendly the same. Another surprising fact is that every dish is served as you explained. This adds a nice personal touch to the service. Valet parking available.
